Whether you want to relax in style or work in a quiet environment, this apartment is perfect for you. The home is available in its entirety exclusively for the guest. Guest access You will receive the following free of charge: High-speed wireless internet access, sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies. Therefore, it will not be necessary to carry these items in your suitcase. Upon arrival you will find the beds prepared with sheets and a set of towels per person (one toilet and one bathroom). We offer this same equipment regardless of reservation time. If you would like extra towels or linens during your stay, we will be happy to provide you with a small additional cost. Other things to note We want you to feel at home and to make your experience as pleasant as possible! That's why we'll greet you in person upon arrival. Please note that depending on the time, there may be an additional cost: • Arrivals between 8 pm and 10 pm will incur a surcharge of €30. • Arrivals after 10:00 PM are subject to availability and must be pre-authorized before booking. ACTIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN PENALTIES: • Checking in earlier or checking out later than the scheduled time, if this service has not been previously arranged. • Hosting extra guests without permission. • Bringing pets. • Smoking. • Forgetting or losing keys. OTHER: For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of €100 per month. Beyond this amount, the guest will be responsible for the difference, and the accommodation will provide the corresponding bill to verify the expense. During the stay, no more people than those indicated in the booking may enter the property. Therefore, people who are not registered as guests are prohibited from entering the property. Failure to comply with this provision will result in an additional charge of 50% of the amount of the entire stay as a penalty or, failing that, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
