The Lumbung Loft Villa is part of our boutique hillside resort, Karuna El Nido Villas. Located on a hill with astounding panoramic mountain and sea views, we are less than 10-mins ride from El nido town center and Corong corong beach is a 5-min walk from the property’s highway. Amazing views, ample space, and outstanding service awaits guests. 50sqm of living space composed of 40sqm interior and 10sqm balcony awaits guests for a comfortable stay. + a la carte breakfast included The space Set atop a hill that gives Karuna its outstanding ocean views, sits our “Lumbung Premier Loft Villa”, a traditional Indonesian-style home from Indonesia. Lumbungs are known for its curved roof shape. Redesigned in the Philippines with some modern design elements like kitchenstairs and a loft, our Lumbung Premier loft units are imported from Indonesia, and are entirely made of teak and merbau wood, not one piece of hollow block used, and is 9 meter long and 5 meter wide with a gable height of 6 meters.  Pieces of furniture, made of old boat wood, were sourced in Jogjakarta, hand made to our specification for your pleasure and relaxation. The loft serves as the bedroom with a king-size bed and an oversized backlit Mandala. Relax on a 10sqm porch overlooking the Bacuit Bay, or prepare Merienda (snack) in your full featured kitchenette with refrigerator, stovetop, and french press coffee maker. An ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, and double sinks adds comfort during your stay. The unit has a sofabed in the living room area. The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests (additional fee starts from 3rd person). We have sea views but we are NOT beachfront. Our resort may not be suitable for senior citizens, particularly those with mobility concerns. Please be advised that we do not have ramps or other accessibility features for wheelchairs or strollers. We recommend considering this before making a reservation. All units are air conditioned, and have sea views. We have a free hourly town shuttle from 8am to 11pm for in-house guests. It is normal to hear noise from the local residents and animals living in the island, as they are a huge part of El nido. We accept pets (with restrictions) with a fee of 2000/night. Nightly deposit rate of 1000php to be paid upon arrival. Deposit refund is 24 hours after check-out. We apologize for the inconvenience as we conduct our annual maintenance works and minor renovations during September to October 10 in some parts of the resort. Minimal noise may be observed from 8am-5pm everyday except Sundays.
