Great location: Located in the heart of the city, you will be just a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, and the Les Halles de Biltoki market. On foot, you can easily reach: - Place du Ralliement in 7 min, - the train station in 18 min, - Château d'Angers in 11 min. The space NEW FOR YOUR COMFORT! To make your stay even more enjoyable during periods of intense heat, we have equipped the apartment with a portable air conditioner as well as two fans. This will allow you to enjoy a more comfortable temperature, even on the hottest days. Located on the 4th and top floor (no elevator) of an old building with secure access, the apartment has been carefully furnished to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. It features: - A cozy living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV and dining area. - A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, induction stove, fridge, mini dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary utensils. - A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. - One bedroom with double bed (140x200) and clothing rack. - A 2nd bedroom also with a double bed (140 x 200) and a clothes rack. Note: Use of rooms and rates The rate varies according to the number of guests booked: * For 2 people, only one bedroom is open. * For 3 or 4 people, both bedrooms will be accessible. 👉 For the sake of organization, hygiene and energy saving, we close one of the rooms if the reservation is made for 2 people. So please book with the right number of guests: we prepare the accommodation according to your request. * Need a special adaptation? You can access the apartment from 4 p.m. Other things to note The rate varies according to the number of guests booked: * For 2 people, only one bedroom is open. * For 3 or 4 people, both bedrooms will be accessible. If you are 2 people and you need both bedrooms, you will be charged an extra fee. In that case, please let us know.
