The space Brewery Lane Boutique Studio is a modern, artistically designed studio apartment located in the heart of Marrickville's bustling industrial precinct. Surrounded by a vibrant mix of converted warehouses, the studio sits among trendy cafes and renowned craft breweries. This compact space offers all the modern amenities necessary for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, a luxurious king sized bed, a dedicated study area, laundry facilities, a well-appointed bathroom, and substantial wardrobe space. The decor combines sleek modern elements with artistic touches that reflect the creative spirit of the area. It's an ideal spot for solo adventurers or couples looking to immerse themselves in Sydney's dynamic Inner West. Guest access Access to the property is via Victoria Lane, which runs between Meeks Road and Victoria Road in Marrickville. Please note that the laneway has minimal street lighting and is commonly used for commercial rubbish bins, with garbage trucks operating on multiple nights throughout the week. While the area is bustling with activity due to the nearby cafes and breweries, it's important for guests to be mindful that it can appear quieter at night. For your safety and reassurance, multiple businesses along the laneway have security cameras installed. Additionally, there are licensed venues at both ends of the alley that remain open late, contributing to the lively atmosphere of the area. Though there is no parking available directly in the laneway, guests will find ample free street parking in the surrounding streets. Sydenham Train and Metro Station is just a ten minute walk away, making it easy to explore further afield. Other things to note Our studio is nestled in a vibrant entertainment hub, surrounded by live music venues and late-night establishments. While the lively atmosphere adds to the charm of the area, the studio is situated in a business district where operational trucks are common throughout the night. The suburb is also in the flight path (the airport does not operate flights between 11pm-6am). For guests sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs to ensure a comfortable stay. Staying with children: The studio comfortably fits up to two people. Although we can accommodate a port-a-cot upon request, we recommend considering whether it will be suitable for your needs.
