this is a nice little house ,on a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to local restaurants ,movie theaters, shopping malls, like Soriana, Walmart ,costco ,Cinepolis , oxxo, transportation is just around the corner. The space this house is 1/2 mile from the river ,where you can walk along the river trail surround of tropical trees and jungle birds, the walking trail it takes you all the way to the beach in just 25 minutes , Guest access non smoking I the house. but if you do smoke there is access to the roof . stay away from electricity cables . Other things to note no garage or driveway , parking outside , available on the street.
