This is a private guest suite with a private entrance. You will be staying at this half-basement studio privately with a king bed, full bathroom, kitchen, and living area. 🅿️ Street parking in front of the house is free and usually very easy to find. 🚌 Express bus 5 mins walk away will take you to midtown Manhattan in 25 mins. 🚇 We are 20 mins walk away from Subway line E,F,R line that will take you to Manhattan in 20 mins. You can also take bus Q23 in front of the house to get to the subway station in les than 20 mins.
