Welcome to our luxurious Villa situated inside Celebrity Resort for a relaxing retreat with family and friends or for organizing small events. Highlights of the Villa include the Courtyard, box window beds, Home Theatre, Hangout Balcony and Jacuzzi. Recreational activities are available in close proximity within the Resort, and at the nearby Leonia or Alankrita Resorts. The place is 2 minutes from ORR (exit 7, Sharmirpet), reaching airport and other locations in Hyderabad within 55 mins. The space LAYOUT: The house has 2 main floors, the first and the second floor. Kitchen, living room, a master bedroom and the courtyard are on the first floor. Two more bedrooms, a hangout balcony and home theatre are on the second floor. Jacuzzi is available in the master bedroom on the second floor. USES: Best use of the space would be as a relaxing retreat for your family or in the company of friends. However, there is ample space to organize small events such as birthday parties, anniversaries or wedding related events. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: With 3 King Sized Beds, 2 Small Double Box Window Beds and one Single bed, the space provides ample accommodation for up to 10 guests. Additional guests will be charged Rs 1500/- per person and additional mattresses can be provided. Please communicate at least 2 days in advance for organizing additional mattresses for them. It is strictly prohibited to bring in guests that were not communicated before check-in. FACILITIES: Vast Ground Floor Area for Events: The entire Ground Floor area (outside and inside the Main Door) can be decorated and used for organizing small events. Courtyard: Do enjoy the Courtyard on the first floor that remains cool both during the day and the night. Pet Friendly: Your pet is allowed as long as he/she does not jump on the sofas and beds, and does not harm our other pets and plants. You would also have to take full responsibility for any damage done to our house by your pet. Lift: While there are a couple of steps to enter the rooms, a lift is available for guests in need of accessibility. Kitchen amenities: All kitchen amenities such as the kettle, the microwave oven, the conventional oven, blenders and mixers are available at your disposal. Purified drinking water is available in a small tap brass in the kitchen basin. 2 TVs with Chromecast available on the first floor. The Living Room TV has a 65 inch TV while the master bedroom has a 55 inch TV. Home Theatre: Reclining Chairs available for up to 6 members. The home theatre is equipped with Chromecast as well. Games : Games such as Carrom Board, Housie, Poker, Cricket Bat, Badminton are available on the second floor shelf next to the home theatre. Gym Equipments: We have a treadmill, a cycling station and yoga mats at your disposal on the second floor master bedroom. Jacuzzi : A jacuzzi tub is located in the bathroom of the second floor. One Bicycle : Complimentary - Available on request. Dishwashing services: A maid is available for dishwashing services at a price of Rs 500/- one time a day. Please take care of your belongings as we will not hold responsibility for any loss. Please note: We do not have air conditioning in the bedrooms, but with high ceiling rooms and many windows, it is airy enough to keep you cool during the summer months. THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA: With the reception of the Celebrity Resort situated 2 mins by walk, you can enjoy the facilities at the resort. Day outing prices at the Resort are at Rs. 1400/- per person that includes access to Indoor games, Outdoor games, Lunch and the Swimming Pool. Access to the Club's Swimming Pool only is priced at Rs. 300/- for the entire day. The Nearby Leonia and Alankrita Resorts also have various day outing packages available. Guest access No access to Terrace Other things to note This is our family home, so please respect the space and treat it with care like we have. It is discouraged to walk out after dark as the surrounding area is not well lit.
