Other things to note We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, toiletries, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. For stays over 28 days a separate lease is required to be e-signed by you prior to check in and to receive check in instructions. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. Please note that there are 3 stories to this home. All bedrooms are on a floor where a flight of stairs are required. This is not suitable for seniors with accessibility needs. Laundry is located in the basement which is an unfinished space. Please see photos for reference. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general grounds keeping. By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property.
