Only about 25 minutes drive to Bergen city. There is room for several families here, with 8 beds, with the possibility of 12 guests by borrowing an extra double inflatable mattress of good quality. Four bedrooms are equipped with TV, and three with sofas, these can also be used as beds for children. Child-friendly area and walking distance to kindergarten with nice playgrounds and therapy pool near by. The nearest swimming area is right across the street, about 200 m from the house. Sunny plot The space There is a TV in two living rooms, as well as four of the bedrooms, a total of 6 TVs in the house. All bedrooms are large and two of the bedrooms also have a sofa where you get your own small private living room, where you can retreat if you live together. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a bathtub, TV in the room and a 210x210 bed. Here you get your own zone in the house that gives a feeling of luxury. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with a short distance to outdoor areas and swimming areas. Right below the house you will find the nearest swimming area by a lake, about 200 m from the property. It is a sunny property with sun from early morning to late evening. The terrace goes around the house so you can just move according to the sun. There is a bus stop right next to the house. You can drive or take a bus 10 minutes to Kleppestø center/quay, and there is a fast boat 10 minutes over to Bergen center. You are then in the middle of the city and a short walk from there to, for example, Fløyen and the aquarium. The house has a large lawn with plenty of space for ball games and other activities. There is also a swing and a sailing rink that you can use. Otherwise, there is a large trampoline and basketball hoop in the space outside. The terrace has a small opening that can be closed with a gate to make it completely safe for the smallest children. The house has an approx. 60 m2 terrace with seating and dining area + approx. 30n m2 terrace with roof overbuilding where you can enjoy summer evenings outside even when it rains. Large gas grill available. Just a 12-15 min drive away you will find Kollavågen outdoor recreation area. A beautiful place with a long white beach that is worth visiting. 1 min drive away (10 min walk) you will find Solnes outdoor recreation area. Here is a slightly smaller beach, but a beautiful place that is a popular place for both swimming and fishing. Otherwise, there are short walks to the sea in the surrounding area where you can just bring a fishing rod and enjoy yourself by the sea. 10 min walk to the local kindergarten with great play areas. There is also a therapy pool with swimming pool and children's pool, as well as a sauna. The pool keeps a high temperature and is nice to use on gray days. Otherwise, nice hiking areas and a short distance to popular mountain hikes on Askøy, such as Kolbeinsvarden and Dronningen. These are a 3-4 minute drive away. Guest access You can use all rooms except those that are locked. Guests do not have access to the storage rooms, garage and the basement. The rooms that are available are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with 4 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and a toilet, large living room with dining area, kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and attic room on the 3rd floor. This makes up about 250 m2 of the house Other things to note The house has a rental apartment in the basement where some people live permanently. They use an entrance that is shielded from the main house's outdoor areas and you don't hear or see anything from them.
