Casa Iris, in the Stazzo Pulcheddu complex, 3 km from Palau, offers relaxation, two swimming pools (open in high season), tennis courts, and a restaurant. The modern interiors includes a bright living room and well-equipped kitchenette. The veranda overlooking the manicured garden with table, chairs, and a gas barbecue. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, and two full bathrooms. Heating pump/AC is available for a fee. One parking space is included. The space CASA IRIS COMPARTO D 3 – Villa surrounded by greenery in the Stazzo Pulcheddu residential complex, approximately 3 km from Palau. The residence features two swimming pools (open only during the high season), tennis courts, and a restaurant. Casa Iris boasts a large, bright, new, and well-furnished living area (living/dining room with sofa and TV, kitchenette with large refrigerator and dishwasher) that opens directly, via sliding French doors, onto the veranda and well-kept garden. The covered veranda is fully equipped with a table and chairs, a seating area, and a gas barbecue. Adjacent to the living area is a double bedroom and immediately opposite a bathroom with shower and window. A few meters away, fairly wide steps lead to a second sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single bunk beds, both adjoining to a second bathroom with window, spacious shower, and washing machine. Heat pump/AC in the bedroom and living room (extra charge). Reserved parking space a few meters from the entrance. It is approximately 3 km from the town and the beach. Guest access Access via the main entrance of the Stazzo Pulcheddu residence continuing towards section D. In the residence it is possible to access the restaurant, swimming pools and tennis courts upon reservation. Other things to note Extra costs: - Mandatory tourist tax to be paid upon arrival, €3.00 per person per day (12 years and older). - Bed and bath linen rental upon request €28.00 per person for stays of 1 week, maximum 10 days + €25.00 per change. - Crib rental for 0/3 years, €30.00 per week. - Pets, €30 per stay (must be reported at the time of booking). -air conditioning and heating on request for a fee (€1.00 per unit/kilowatt) CHECK IN On the day of your arrival, please meet us in Palau at our office at Via Nazionale 49 to check in. We will then accompany you to your reserved accommodation. Our office is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. For arrivals outside these hours, i.e., after 7:00 pm, we will contact you by phone a few days in advance so that you can reach your accommodation independently.
