Cool modern 1 bed apartment in the heart of Brighton - Only 3 mins from the beach and pier. Perfect for long weekends, holidays or work stop overs. On the doorstep is Kemp Town which has a great bustling selection of restaurants and bars for all tastes (we can recommend a few!). The space The comfortable space has a kitchen and desk/work area which are free to be used and the building has a lift making it easily accessible. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a king size bed and lounge with sofa, TV, dining table & chairs, washing machine etc. The apartment also has a small balcony. All linen and towels are provided along with toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning products. There is great Wifi throughout the property. The apartment is just a short walk downhill to the beach and Brighton Pier. You will see the sea as soon as you leave the building, giving you a beautiful view all the way down to the beach. Guest access The key will be left outside with a coded padlock and you will have a fob for the entrance. There is a lift (the apartment is on the 2nd floor). There are bus stops 2 mins away that service the entire city. Morrisons supermarket is also 2 mins away for great value groceries. Parking will be guest vouchers for our parking zone. Please discuss with me first so i can make them available. You'll need to add your reg number and scratch off the date. These cost £10 per day. Other things to note Please note we are not a party flat and wish to keep all neighbours happy by being respectful.
