The master suite offers a real cocoon with its double bed and private bathroom, offering luxury and privacy. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, ideal for comfortably accommodating a small family. As for the third bedroom, it is equipped with a double bed and a baby bed, perfect for young parents looking for practicality and comfort for their child. The two bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub, and the other with two showers, ensure optimal comfort, even for large groups. Two toilets are also available for added convenience. For those who need to combine work and relaxation, an office is at your disposal, ideal for remote working in complete tranquility. A cellar/laundry room completes the equipment of the house, to meet all your practical needs. The main living room, spacious and bright, extends over 60 m2 and includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can let your culinary talent run free.
