Cozy and spacious bedroom on a lower level of the house (basement) We are 2 block away from the Sono mall, few minutes away from the train station, hospital and restaurants and entertainment all at walking distance. Our guests will have their entrance and will only be sharing the bathroom and common areas with other guests. There is a big living room area with a fridge (bathroom and common areas are shared) Guest access WASHER AND DRYER NOT FOR USE. Please clean after yourself in all common areas. Other things to note Laundry is not available. If used without permission specially short stays there will be a $50 fee request without exceptions. You are renting a room, all common areas are shared so please clean up after yourself, wash anything used - we expect everyone to be considerate and respectful of each other. Please take care of our linen, towels and property - if anything is damaged/stained specially without notice, there will be an additional charge depending on what was damaged. Late check out without notice will have an extra fee. Please take care of our property.
