Indulge in comfort at our cosy, very clean and quiet double room (premium confort mattress) The property conveniently located just 10 minutes by bus from Dublin Airport, and, conviently, you can also embrace the ease of reaching the heart of the city in 20 minutes, with bus stops within a 5-minute walking distance (buses 16, 33, 41, 41B, 41C or E1), some operating 24/7. Gay-male-couple hosting and living in the apartment. Your "home-away-from-home" awaits, full of warmth and hospitality. The space Double bedroom in 3-bedroom apartment. Standard double bed with premium confort mattress - Fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, laundry bin, full body-size mirror and shoe shelving rack. Your bedroom will be provided with pillows, bed linen and duvet, one hand plus one body towel per person, clothes iron and small ironing board and hair dryer. Please note that we won't be providing spare bed sheets or towels. Use of dedicated main bathroom during your stay. Guest will also have access to share the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with us and, possibly, other guests and/or family. As hosts we will be respectful of your privacy, keep common areas cleaned after use, and be mindul of noise from 10pm-8am - we will expect the same from our guests. Guest access Double bedroom with key lock and use of dedicated main bathroom during your stay. During your stay We want you to feel comfortable so we go with the flow. We won't change our routine while you'll be here so there may be occasions when we will be busy with work or personal commitments. Other things to note House rules for guests to be aware before booking the bedroom: • Stricly non-smoking policy inside the apartment and/or balcony. • |Bring your slippers | Shoes off inside the apartment - this is a house rule for anyone who visits us. We kindly ask to take off your shoes once you get in the apartment and, only put them back on when you are about to go out. • Guests are expected to leave shared areas nice and tidy right after using them. That will ensure that everyone will always leave the space as you would like to find it. • During night/quiet hours (10pm - 8am) - we all should do our best to be respectful of others. Please, avoid chatting in the hallway, keep noise to the minimum in the bedroom area, keep living room the door closed if using the kitchen or dining area, etc. • The door that gives access to kitchen and dining area should remain closed during quiet times (10pm-8am) to ensure that those resting in the bedrooms aren't disrupted by noise. • Eating and/or drinking only in kitchen or dining room area. • During colder months only (Nov-Mar), the heating system will be On/Off automatically - 1h during the morning and another hour in evening to ensure the apartment in warm and cosy. • The water heating system will also be timed and will ensure enough hot water for a shower per person each day. • Dishwasher free to use. We will be turning it on only during the off-peak times (11pm-7am). If you find it full before the next wash, there will be the utensils and wash-up liquid by the sink so that you can wash them up. --- Please note - we only accept short stays stays, therefore, during your time with us: - we DO NOT provide extra towels and/or bedsheets/bedlinen. Your bed will be made with clean/fresh bedsheets for your arrival and a set of hand+body towels are provided to each guest; - we DO NOT turn ON central heating beyond the colder months mentioned above, nor turned it ON for additional periods of time based on guest's request; - we DO NOT provide cleaning service. You will find your bedroom and bathroom clean on your arrival and, during your stay, if needed you will have available to use the cleaning products, cordless hoover and mop. - we DO NOT allow events. This means that, only the guests who are booked for the room will be accessing the property. No extra guests should be given access nor be invited to the apartment; - we DO NOT make the washing machine available to guests.
