The space Our spacious 2-bedroom apartment includes a bright 25 m2 living room, facing south and east, with a fully equipped kitchen and a modern dining-lounge area overlooking a courtyard that opens onto the garden. The two large bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and the other with two 90 beds, offer a relaxing setting. A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and a large separate toilet with hand basin add a touch of practicality. Wi-Fi and TV access. Provided: Duvets, pillows, bed linen, toilet/kitchen Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and courtyard. Parking is free nearby. Luggage drop-off and loading possible in front of the apartment. Other things to note ⚠ For the summer period, the rental is only open for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. ❌ No check-in or check-out in the middle of the week. Before you book, please note that: ▪️Our dog Border Collie, Ona, will greet you upon arrival and be present in the garden during your stay. ▪️ The end of stay cleaning must be done when you leave. ▪️ Security deposit: €300 as a security deposit if damage to the premises and objects furnishing it. €50 if cleaning is not compliant ▪️ Non-smoking apartment ▪️ Your host will welcome you on site for the key exchange and manage your departure (inventory, security deposit, troubleshooting during your stay) We recommend our home to families, couples and retirees.
