Great family apartment!

Our apartment is cozy and bright! Ideal for a family with children, we are between the Canal de l 'Ourq, Parc des Buttes-Chaumont and La Villette (many activities for children). Attention, this is not a year-round rental apartment, it is our living space with our 2 children and our cat, our belongings remain in the apartment(but not our cat:)). It's not perfect but super nice. Only available one to two weeks a year during our holiday. The space Beautiful apartment ideal for a family coming to visit Paris! Very nice on the 6th floor with elevator access. Secure building with digicode and intercom. A master bedroom (double bed) overlooking Avenue Jean Jaurès. A children's room overlooking the quiet inner courtyard (bunk bed). For people who are allergic to cats, we do a very regular cleaning, but we prefer to warn that our cat Biscotte lives with us throughout the year. Linens and hand towels provided. Very lively neighborhood with the Parc des Buttes Chaumont (carousel, duck fishing, lake, picnic possible), the Canal de l 'Ourcq (electric boat rental, children's playground, waterfront restaurants, cinemas), La Villette (children's exhibition at the City of Science, philharmony, lawn picnic, bars, food court "boom boom villette., children's space...).
