Dear guests, here is the main information about the apartment: City center! 5 minutes’ walk to the Opera House and Forum Shopping Mall. 10 minutes to Rynok Square. New building with an elevator. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and features a balcony with incredible views over the rooftops of the Old Town. Underground parking — 500 UAH per day (please check availability in advance). The space Apartment in a warm contemporary style (53 m²) Accommodation for 1–4 guests Double bed + sofa bed (extra bedding provided) The apartment features: – Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware – Complimentary coffee, tea, and 1L of still water – Balcony with city view – Bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron – Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, partial backup power supply Guest access The entire apartment is at your full disposal. Other things to note Please follow the house rules: loud parties and noise after 10:00 PM are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only (please do not smoke inside the apartment). A baby crib for children up to 3 years old is available upon request. Pets are allowed for a fixed fee of 800 UAH. For additional comfort, bathrobes and a personal hygiene kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, balm, lotion, etc.) can be arranged upon request — 400 UAH per person. For guests staying long-term, we provide complimentary weekly light cleaning with a full change of bed linens.
