Ground floor house, accommodates up to 20 guests, ample space, with lots of green area, has a garden and lots of amenities, is just 300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in São Paulo. It has a barbecue area, with a swimming pool and waterfall. Beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. Note (amount charged in the app up to 15 guests, if the guest is interested in 5 more guests completing 20, an additional fee will be charged in the app) The space fantastic space close to the beach and general shopping. Guest access fully independent house. Other things to note in addition to a spacious house and a wonderful beach, there are also tours of the islands and waterfalls. We have a staff member who does pool maintenance every day.
