It is forbidden to make events or house parties in the apartment, and no one other than the registered guests may stay at the accommodation. If we receive a report about this and / or the neighbors call the police, the apartment must be vacated immediately for all guests and the booking fee cannot be refunded and a fine of INR 20,000 will be charged. 7. In case of violation of Indian/ Airbnb regulations or any point of the house rules, all guests must leave the accommodation immediately. In this case, the booking fee is not refundable in any way! 8. If the booker persons do not stay in the accommodation and hand over the apartment to another person/people, the booker person who made the reservation is still responsible for any damages caused.
