The space For guests Please note some standard house rules that have been mentioned in the listing already: 1) The property comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms and is equipped with CCTV surveillance and Wi-Fi connectivity. 2)Electricity usage: please turn off the fans/ ac after you leave the room/ house. 3) Water consumption: please be judicious with water usage as Kochi is going through severe water scarcity. 4) Smoking: no smoking inside the house please. 5) Parties: no loud parties or noise please as it’s a residential community 6) Unregistered visitors: A maximum of 6 people can be accommodated within the property. In case an additional guest needs to be accommodated, this can be arranged at a cost of 500 rupees for each extra guest. 7) Additional housekeeping: If you need assistance with House keeping, kindly let us know and we will arrange it at a small fee determined by the housekeeper. However, this doesn’t include dishwashing so please wash any dishes you use. 8) Dishwashing: we don't have a dishwasher at the property so kindly clean all the plates and utensils used and place them in the drying rack. 9) The guests are requested to pile and hang all the used towels in the bathrooms. 10) Waste disposal: Kindly dispose of the waste separately as "food waste" , "plastic waste" and "paper waste" keep them outside the kitchen area, in the bins provided. 11) Check-in / check out time - the check in time is 2 pm. The guests are requested to checkout by 11am, as the house need to be cleaned before next guest's arrival.
