Our family beach house is located in the Bayshore Beach Club neighborhood of Waldport, OR with the Pacific Ocean out the back door. The house has its own little protected beach area in the backyard out of the wind. The upstairs has two bedrooms with king sized beds, a great room, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a new shower with two shower heads and a sliding door out to the back patio. Downstairs is a perfect hang out space. There's a sitting area, TV, bunk bed and queen bed. The space The house is full of rustic charm. The main room is wood paneled and cozy in the cooler winter months complete with a wood stove. The sun rooms on either side of the house extend the livable space in the summer and allow for the doors to stay open in the shoulder seasons to enjoy the fresh ocean air. The house is located near the mouth of the Alsea Bay - famous for crabbing and fishing. The little town has excellent restaurants and a grocery store. You are also only a short 15 minute drive to all that Newport has to offer: aquarium, restaurants, surfing and shopping. This house also allows for access to the Bayshore Beach Club pool. This does require a small day use fee by guests. We are happy to provide information if you are interested. It's heated to 85 degrees, protected from the wind, and only a short walk from the house. There is also a tennis court that is available to use. It's a little off the beaten path, but there are signs to help you find it. The clubhouse also has a workout room that would be available with the day use pass. Guest access Guest have total access to the house. The main living area on the 2nd story has 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with king beds, the living room, kitchen and dining area. The lower 1st level living room and sleeping area are accessed from an outside door on the first floor and has a queen bed, a bunk bed with a full lower and single upper. It also has two fold down couches - a perfect teen hang out spot. Other things to note Wifi is available. The password is on the bulletin board.
