We are strongly committed to social order and the environment. The space The accommodation is located within the urban center of Venturada, 500 meters from the town center. It is a plot of more than 2000 meters, with a two-story villa. Outside the house we have a 9X5 m pool. Covered to protect it from low temperatures. The water is salty. The villa has five spacious and comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, of which two are complete, both with accessible shower for added convenience. The third bathroom has a small bathtub. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items and utensils. In addition, it has two porches: one covered and one outdoor. It offers parking for five cars, as well as a BBQ area and outdoor kitchen ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Guest access The villa has many amenities that will make your stay pleasant. Outside there is a wooden porch of more than 100 m, where you will find outdoor tables and chairs. We also have a covered terrace with an awning, which at sunset offers relaxing views. The barbecue and outdoor kitchen allow you to prepare all kinds of meals or snacks that will make your companions have an unforgettable time. Other things to note If you plan to delay your checkout time, you should consider the following information. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. A two-hour delay in departure does not generate any additional charge. If the departure is delayed from those two hours until 6:00 pm, a charge of €150 is generated If the check-out is extended beyond 6:00 pm and until 8:00 pm, the charge will be €300.
