Close to the airline trail for off road biking, hiking and jogging. The space Huge deck off the kitchen to view the pond and see the wildlife. In the mornings and evenings, you may see deer, turkey or geese. Walk out cellar has a game room with pool table and foozeball table. A dart board is available for anyone that brings their darts. There is a beautiful horse farm across the street. Guest access Includes access to house, yard, and driveway. The pond in the back can be used for fishing. If you want to swim in the pond, you can we highly recommend water shoes because the pond has freshwater clams. The firepit is available for guest use. There is a private wooded walking path for you to explore. My husband and I live next door and are available to answer your questions. The garage is used for storage by the owner and is not accessible to guests.
