This space is suitable for the following group: - 2 adults - 1 adult and 1 child No exceptions or pets are allowed. Available Facilities: 1 Queen Bed Air-conditioned (heating & cooling) Sofa Kitchen with electric cooktop Fridge/freezer Microwave Wardrobe WiFi TV with Access to various apps (Including Youtube, Netflix, Disney+ etc.) Additional Information: - Parking is available on the driveway of the house, off the streets. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire studio, ensuring complete privacy and comfort during your stay. This includes the following: - 1 bedroom - the living room - kitchen - 1 bathroom - Outdoor patio area and garden Check-in: The home is equipped with a key lockbox for a seamless self-check-in experience, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Facilities and Amenities: Feel free to use all the amenities provided, from the fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities to the TV in the living room. Also to relax outside around the patio area and garden. Please note that no “free to air” television is available in the living room; however the smart TV allows for apps to be used (Netflix, Youtube etc). Also please note that the ceiling height is slightly lower than standard. We suggest considering these factors to ensure the space meets your needs for a comfortable stay. Other things to note ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have. Cleaning is available upon request for guests staying for over a week for a fee. Otherwise, cleaning equipment is provided at no additional charge.
