The private pool is located right in front of the veranda in the beautiful garden, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the beautiful island of Tavolara. A large terrace, which runs along the entire facade of the villa, allows you to enjoy a meal outdoors. The Villa has three covered verandas in all.

To be paid at checkout based on consumption: - Electricity (required): 0.65€/kWh Extra services upon request, to be booked up to 2 weeks before arrival: - Linens (sheets and bath towels): €20.00 per person one time - Beach towels: €8.00 each one-time - Pets: €100.00 each one-time - Bed/crib: €50.00 each one-time - High chair: €50.00 each one-time - Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9 p.m., compatible with the roadmap of our check-in agent, the availability of the villa and the cleaning procedures (therefore not at 4:00 p.m. sharp). - For check-in from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm (upon request) there is an additional cost of €30.00. - For check-in from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am (upon request) there is an additional cost of €50.00. - In case of alleged arrivals after 12:00 am, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff and an additional cost up to a maximum of €150 will be applied. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please comply with the rules of separate collection and dispose of waste correctly as per instructions that will be provided to you at check-in, dividing into separate organic, plastic, glass, paper, cans and waste dry bags, and placing in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely cleared from the residual waste, in the absence of this, you will be withheld a penalty of €250.00. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €1,500.00 will be withheld by credit card. The amount will be automatically unlocked (depending on the time set by your bank) at the end of the stay.
