Large apartment (110 sqm) in the historic center of Montemerano behind the Castle. The house (which overlooks Via Italia) is accessed from Via dell'Indipendenza, passing through Piazza del Castello and the common entrance hall. Completely renovated in 2023-24. Facilities also for small children. Self check-in via smart lock. Mixed copper Wi-Fi available, fiber does not reach Montemerano. The space The apartment consists of: a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster), a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with a blind bathroom in the room, a double room that can become a second double room also with a bathroom in the room, and a small laundry/storage room adjacent to the living room with a clothes tray and all the amenities for the house (washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, floor cloth). For young children (0-3 years), there is a camping bed, a folding tub to be used in the shower up to 15 kg, and a high chair. Since it is an ancient village, fiber optics are not available, but we have a Wi-Fi connection with a reduced speed. Guest access The entire apartment is at your complete disposal. Please note: the center of Montemerano is exclusively pedestrian with slight climbs and steps. The car can be left on the street where there are both paid and free parking spaces or in the free parking lot on Via Fermi. Other things to note The accommodation tax as provided by the Municipality of Manciano (Resolution no. 4 of 03/05/2013 and no. 220 of 11/15/2023) is €2.50 per person per day to be paid by bank transfer or direct request from the host with Airbnb (exemptions: minors under the age of 14, persons assisting patients admitted to hospitals in the municipal area, volunteers who carry out rescue services for natural disasters, disabled persons who are not self-sufficient as well as the accompanying person and employees who work in the territory of the Municipality of Manciano; those who stay at least 7 days).
