The space This property has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other has a bunk bed (queen and twin ). The sunroom boasts a picturesque view of the waterfalls which can also double as a spare bedroom with a futon. The property does offer wifi and internet phone, however there is no cell service in the area. Other things to note Located 18 minutes from Bancroft. Water: The water at the cottage is safe for drinking. The water for this building comes from a drilled well on the property about 30 feet from the cottage. There is no ground water seepage into the well and the well meets current standards. It is over 100 feet deep through bedrock. Other things to note: 1. NO undeclared guests 2. Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. 3. Events/Parties are not allowed.
