Dogs must be leashed. No loose dogs on the property. You must pick up all dog waste and properly dispose of it. Dogs must be kept in kennels whenever they are left alone in the casitas or any indoor place on the property, never loose by itself.. Thank you for your cooperation!! Guest access You will receive the gate code as well as keys to the Casitas. Property will be available from 8 am. Other things to note After booking with Airbnb, I will tailor a wedding contract to your needs. Typically we require full service catering, but if you prefer to self-cater, that’s okay, but we only ask for you to clean up and remove all waste to the dumpster and remove all items. It’s okay to hire your favorite Vendors, we are not partnered with anyone.. The county requires a one security officer for under 100 people, and two for over 100 people. We use Ophion Security, which I can arrange, at $50/hr per guard, 8pm to Midnight. You can choose another company, of course..You will be responsible for making the payment for Security at least one week ahead of your date. I can send you Ophion’s contact details for payment. An Event Insurance policy of $1m is also required, with the Beneficiary to be stated after booking. For a one day Event, the insurance is usually around $200 depending. A professional Bartending Service must be used and all alcohol must be removed from the premises by midnight, by County Law. An Ordinance requires that Amplifiers and live music must end by 11pm.
