City Centre Flat 302

Hosting is about personal touch & making your stay as comfortable as possible. In order to familiarise you with Larnaca, l will take you for a free small trip round the town, showing you the important places of interest giving you as much info as possible. This is a 1 bedroom cosy flat on the 3rd floor. It is centrally located, 2 min. walk from the famous sandy beach of Foinikoudes, retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, museums etc. The space My flat is located in the center of Larnaca. You are in the center of it all. Enter the building through the ANOKATO cafe and the entrance is 10m on the right. Take the lift to the third top floor, my apartment is 302, a one bedroom cosy flat which has been fully renovated with new electrical equipment. The living room is spacious with a comfortable couch, a large 55" smart television with a free Netflix account. You have your own kitchen with all cutlery, pans & pots so you can cook your own food if you wish. You can enjoy your food on the kitchen island or use the two side tables next to the couch if you feel more comfy. The bedroom is carpeted with private curtains and fully airconditioned. I have additional sheets, blankets and quilts for your personal use. Two beach towels are in your bedroom wardrobe. There is a small bathroom filled with a sink, toilet and shower basin 70x90cm. All toiletries are provided, clean face and shower towels and floor feet towels. l have a basket for dirty laundry and a clothes rack for drying your clothes. The flat does not have a veranda/balcony. Since my flat is on the top floor you may go up a few stairs on the terrace where l have placed a table and chairs for you to enjoy and enjoy the view. You may also hang your clothes to dry on the line with no worries. If there is anything which will make your stay more comfortable please let me know. Other things to note If you have a car or hiring one then there is a parking dedicated to this apartment 24/7 at an multistorey carvpark only 150m from the flat. The cost is just €2 per day. This will be paid cash, in advance, upon your arrival.
