En-suite Single Room in Family House

A good sized single en-suite bedroom in a shared house with your own bathroom. 2 single occupancy rooms upstairs are AirBnB and we live downstairs with our 2 toddlers. The room is lockable and has a single bed, bedside table, desk, chair and desk lamp as well as a wardrobe. There is your own fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle in the room. The kitchen is for cleaning dishes only, use of the hob and oven is not allowed. The space Our family home is on a residential street just 2 minutes walk away from a gym, swimming pool and public library. Postcode of gym is BR3 4PF if you would like to look into travel options. Clock House station for trains to central London (London Bridge, Charing Cross and Canon Street) is just 5 minutes walk. The High Street, restaurants, pulos and supermarkets are also just 5 minutes walk. There is small green next to the public library and the closest park is 12 minutes walk. Guest access Check in is using a lockbox, you must be familiar with the check in instructions before arrival. Full access to your own room and the bathroom, which are lockable. There is no living room / common room. We are unable to offer laundry facilities, there is a laundrette 10 minutes walk away.| During your stay We are available via AirBB messages during the daytime. We are on hand to help if needed but generally keep to ourselves Other things to note All guests must be quiet and mindful about everyone in the house. We start our day around 6am and our children might be a bit loud in the morning, occasionally they wake up in the night but we react quickly to prevent disturbing our guests. Quiet hours are 7pm - 7am If you are a shallow sleeper please bring earplugs,
