It's all brand new & we'd love to welcome you The space This gorgeous apartment located on the first floor is accessible via both lift and stairs. Located in a prime corner position, there are lovely views across the road to heritage buildings and the charming Saracen's Head pub. The building is very secure, with swipe card access required to enter the building, car park (with a dedicated easily accessible undercover space) and swimming pool enclosure. The parking space is located close to the apartment and is easy to locate. Upon entering the apartment through the security screen and main doors, you'll arrive to a bright fresh ultra-modern space with all the comforts of home. Smooth tiled floors service the kitchen and living areas, and new plush carpets are soft underfoot in the 2 bedrooms. BEDROOM 1 - new QUEEN bed with quality linen and towels provided for you. This is a spacious, beautiful room with feature bay window enjoying leafy views of the pretty Jacaranda trees on Carrington St. There is a large built in robe with plenty of space to store your belongings, a ceiling fan and handy touch lamps. BEDROOM 2 - new DOUBLE bed also with quality linen and towels provided. This slightly smaller room enjoys views to St Helena place and it's funky street art. There is space for your luggage and an open robe to hang your clothes. The petite side tables have handy touch lamps with USB ports to easily charge your devices. KITCHEN - with a sleek new cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave, together with plenty of cookware, utensils and more, you can cook up a storm. It's just a short walk to Adelaide's famous Central Market for every conceivable fresh food offering and gourmet treats galore....however... there are SO many fabulous dining options just a stone's throw away you'd be forgiven for not cooking at all! A De'Longhi Nespresso pod machine is supplied with Vittoria coffee pods, of you may wish to pop downstairs to grab a coffee from one of the many local cafes. Check out our Guide Book for some top local recommendations! LIVING & DINING - this fully airconditioned space features a super comfy leather sofa and luxe velvet swivel chair. Relax and put your feet up, watch some TV or perhaps login to your preferred streaming service on the large flat screen SMART TV. Gather together around the sleek marble table and comfortable leather chairs. Enjoy a meal, or perhaps a board game or a few hands of cards. Kate is a talented artist who divides her time between her home and family in both Adelaide and Bosa, Italy. There are a number of Kate's lovely water colours adorning the walls, along with her collection of beautiful art books which we hope guests will enjoy - and handle with care. BALCONY - enjoy sitting outside in the morning sun with a coffee taking in the interesting streetscape. Later in the day this space enjoys plenty of shade - a great spot for a pre-dinner drink and relax after a busy day enjoying all that Adelaide has to offer. With over 50 winery cellar doors in the Adelaide Hills, starting a mere 20 -30 minute drive away, you might enjoy bringing a bottle or 2 home to enjoy! BATHROOM - the sparkling bathroom bathed in natural light features a glorious rain shower, bath and vanity, with space for all your bits and pieces. Quality handwash, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is provided for your convenience. LAUNDRY - the compact euro style laundry is tucked away behind doors in the hallway, with full sized washing machine and dryer. There is a handy Dyson vacuum cleaner available should you need it. Tucked away in the master bedroom robe you will find an ironing board, iron and clothes drying rack. POOL & SPA - the swimming pool and spa is located on the ground floor. It is an older style amenity, however is very well maintained and clean. The refreshing pool is not heated, however the spa is. We have pool towels available for guests should you decide to take a dip! The pool enclosure requires the building swipe card for access, and is available until 10pm at night. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and swimming pool/spa facilities are shared with the apartment complex. There is a dedicated secure under cover parking space allocated to the property. Access inside the building and to the carpark is via swipe card. Details for accessing the building swipe card and apartment keys will be proviced the day prior to check-in. Other things to note ***Please note temporary closure of the City to Glenelg Tram due to upgrade of the line.
