Newly remodeled apartment with lots of natural light and views of the city. Centrally located about a 10 minute taxi ride to the main square (Plaza de Armas.) Perfect for families and groups. New beds in all rooms and fully equip kitchen. Extra services include laundry and luggage/backpack storage. This apartment is located on the third floor. There is no elevator. Double and single beds throughout apartment. Kitchen is complete with all your cooking needs; full size refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven and sink. Place settings for 8 includes; dishes, glasses, silverware and napkins. Electric tea pot for hot water, coffee maker and blender. Dish soap provided. Guests have access to all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The lower entrance is for all apartments in the building, so it is not available for guests to use. I will greet you upon arrival to explain a little about the Cusco Retreat and to make your stay comfortable. I am happy to provide any information about traveling in Peru and can arrange any type of tour. Transportation from the airport can be arranged if interested. Mariscal Gamarra is centrally located near the Plaza de Armas. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. There is a grocery store (Canasta) and cafe (Basilica) 1 block from the house. A new mall (Real Plaza) is about 4 blocks from the house. Medical clinics are within walking distance as well. Taxis are the quickest way to get around the city. You can walk to the main square (Plaza de Armas) about 10 blocks via Avenida la Cultura. There is a washer in the apartment, however it is not for guests to use freely. If you would like use of laundry services it can arrange for an additional cost. We also have a secure room in the apartment where luggages/ backpacks can be stored if needed at no additional cost.Oxygen is available for guests who require or have a problem with altitude.We have bicycles to rent for rides inside and outside the city.
