This north-facing, brand-new, modern self-contained unit offers complete privacy, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. You'll love the pool, spa and large garden, all to yourself. Located in the charming area of Point Wells, The Pool House is just five minutes from the stunning Omaha Beach & bustling Matakana Village. The space Spend the day poolside, in the spa, or relaxing in the expansive garden. Take a stroll to the nearby estuary for a refreshing dip in the warm harbour waters, or enjoy a coffee or fish & chips from the corner dairy. Omaha Beach is only a 5-minute drive away, as is Matakana Village. Explore other attractions such as Goat Island, Morris & James, the Sculptureum, and Brick Bay. The Space: The super-comfy bed is a Queen. All linen and towels are provided and are of superior quality. The kitchenette has a sink, kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine and a bar fridge. There is a BBQ for you to cook on, or the outdoor fireplace has a cooking drawer especially designed for pizza. The 55" TV allows you to access Netflix etc with your own logins. There is a heated pool, spa, pool loungers, outdoor lounge area, fireplace, outdoor dining table for you to enjoy. Guest access Completely private, you will have The Pool House to yourself as well all outdoor areas including the heated pool, spa, fireplace area and large garden and deck. The main house will not be occupied. Other things to note Please note, the pool is only heated from Labour Weekend to the end of Anzac weekend. If your booking is within a week or so of these dates then please ask and we will see if we can accommodate.
