Come and stay at Number 37 for a relaxing break on the North Coast. Sea views and overlooking a Championship golf course. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, a family friendly Blue Flag beach, the 1st hole at Castlerock Golf Club and Mussenden Temple and the Lions Gate at Downhill, as well as easy access to all the amenities this historic seaside village has to offer- train station, pub, bakery, hot food, coffee shops, groceries, surfing, walking, tennis and much more. The space Recently renovated, No37 is a beautiful three bedroom house with gorgeous sea views and overlooking Castlerock Golf Club’s stunning Mussenden Course. Number 37 is slightly elevated to take advantage of the sea views and so is accessed by a short flight of seven steps at the front. It also has a short flight of internal stairs to access the bedrooms. Unfortunately that makes it unsuitable for wheelchair users. Guest access You’ll have access to the whole house on one level via front door access. The house has a self contained apartment underneath at the back which is not accessible from the main house and is not available to guests. Other things to note No disabled access. The front driveway hasn’t been re-tarmaced yet and there are a couple of other small finishing touches which are still to be carried out. Although this won’t affect your stay or enjoyment of Number 37, it is reflected in the price.
