Bathrooms: The property includes 1.5 bathrooms, featuring a modern walk-in shower. Workspace: A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to stay connected. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. We ask that they are supervised by an adult or placed in a kennel when left alone. A $50 pet fee will be applied to your booking. Please clean up after your pets in the yard to avoid a fine. Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $250 fine. No Smoking: Any signs of smoking inside the home will result in an immediate $150.00 fine.
