Cocoon at the bottom of the garden & Nordic bath

We are pleased to host you in our small, fully renovated and air-conditioned independent duplex in the extension of our farmhouse. You will have your own garden and access to the wood-fired hot tub. If you are looking for calm and nature, you are in the right place! Here you will not be bothered by neighbors or traffic, rest guaranteed! It is the perfect base from which you can discover a little-known corner of France that has a lot to offer. The space This is a duplex renovated in 2023 with an independent entrance within our former Burgundian farmhouse. Ideal for a couple it can also accommodate up to 3 people (thanks to the sofa bed) accepting promiscuity, the spaces are intimate and comfortable and the mezzanine floor is open. It consists of: - Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining area (high table), seating area with sofa bed, wood stove, bathroom with Japanese toilet and small private piece of garden within our orchard. - Mezzanine floor of 15m2: a relaxation area in the hanging net and sleeping area with queen size bed and new hotel-quality mattress. You will have access to our Nordic bath (time to be booked in advance in order to put the bath to temperature). To complete your possible wellness experience to book a massage, yoga class etc at home: do not hesitate to ask us before your visit! Upon request we can: - Provide crib and baby high chair - Give you access to our washing machine if we are present during your stay Guest access This is a small duplex with its own independent entrance and a private garden area within an old farmhouse. Other things to note We live there, so if we are present during your stay, do not hesitate to ask us for advice or if you need to use the washing machine (we do not currently have the space to put one in the duplex). The garden area reserved for you is located in our orchard and is not partitioned, but when the duplex is rented we stay in our inner courtyard for your privacy. The Nordic bath is wood-fired and takes about 4 hours to heat up. If we are present we will take care of everything but if we are absent during your stay it will be up to you to light the fire and maintain it to bring the bath up to temperature. This takes about 4 hours, so you need to have enough time on site.
