Beautiful room in San Cristobal City, Mixco

My house is located in a lovely, safe and quiet neirborhood in San Cristobal City, Mixco, on the way to Antigua Guatemala. It has a beautiful park where you can work out, play football, basketball or volleyball. Just crossing the street you will find some restaurants, supermarket, bank and clothing stores. 5 minutes by car there is a big shopping Mall with a cinema. I’m a tour guide so you can also book a tour or transportation with me. It will be a pleasure to have you at my place! The space My house is totally new and the furniture as well. Your room is located in the first floor for you to have more privacy. It also has a desk in case you want to work. This is a neighborhood where you can feel peace and relaxation. As we have security 24 hours we can asure you it is 100% safe, so you can go out at anytime you want. Outside the neighborhood, just crossing the street you can find anything you want to eat and a long sidewalk where you can safely walk during the day. If you want to go to the shopping Mall walking, you will take 20 minutes to get there. My family and I are very friendly. We will love you have you here at my home! Also, I’m a certified tour guide and I have a car, so you can book any tour or transportation with me. Other things to note Washing machine and dryer are available but has an extra cost of $5 each one per use.
