It's a pleasure to be chosen for your stay. Please read the following general rules and regulations that we believe will allow a pleasant coexistence during your stay. 1. ACCOMMODATION The guest must correctly state the number of people who will be staying in the studio apartment/house, without omitting children. Entry may be denied to those persons not reported at the time of entry. 2. BEHAVIOR The guest(s) must behave in a civil manner and respect the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community (loud music, noise or parties) that causes the well-founded complaints of the neighbors, will be a reason for the immediate vacancy of the apartment/studio/house. The hours of rest are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays and from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM on weekends and holidays. Any type of activity that disturbs the neighborhood's rest in any way is prohibited during those periods. 3. MATERIAL DAMAGE The guest(s) are obliged to take care of the furniture and equipment in the apartment/studio/house, being responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in it. The host will not be responsible for the guest's personal belongings. In the event of loss of key or door opening control, for security reasons the lock will be changed, and the guest will be responsible for the cost of the change and the necessary copies of the keys. 4. USE OF THE POOL It is the guest's responsibility to care for children in the use of the pool, and not to neglect them at any time. 4. PROHIBITIONS 4.1 Carrying out works or repairs on the property, however small, without the host's written authorization. 4.2 Accommodate more people than those corresponding to the maximum capacity set at the time of the contract. 4.3 Carrying out the activity of hosting in the apartment/studio or using it for purposes other than those for which it has been contracted. 4.4 Introducing explosive or flammable materials or substances or other illegal substances that may cause damage or discomfort to the community. 4.5 Carrying out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime of the community. 4.6 Use without authorization, devices that significantly alter the expected consumption of the supplies. 4.7 The use of appliances that make noise before 8:00 and after 22:00, altering the normal functioning of the community. 4.8 Organize parties that alter the normal functioning of the community. 4.9 Animals are not allowed in the apartment/studio. 4.10 Smoking in the apartment. Failure by the guest(s) to comply with any of the prohibitions set out in these ground rules will entitle the host to terminate the contract. If the breach requires it, we will even ask for the presence and accompaniment of the agents of the authority to evict. 5. OBLIGATIONS 5.1 For the well-being of all, these rules of safety and coexistence must be complied with, hygiene must be maintained, as well as respect for the establishment, the equipment and its facilities. The purpose of these rules is to make the guest(s) feel happy, to generate peace of mind and confidence during their stay, and to enjoy the apartment.
