Guest access Guests will have FULL and EXCLUSIVE access to the entire house, with no shared areas with other hosts or residents. You will have complete freedom to come and go, enjoy the pool (from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) and feel 100% at ease, as if you were in your own vacation home. Other things to note To ensure everyone's comfort, we ask you to pay attention to a few rules: 1. Guest Limit: The house comfortably accommodates 3 people (1 bedroom with double bed and extra double mattress). Exceeding this number is not allowed. 2. Silence: We ask for silence after 10 p.m., respecting the neighborhood. 3. Animals: We do not accept pets. 4. Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee is essential to keep the house in high standard. Please dispose of trash in the appropriate locations before check-out. Property Security: For your total safety, the property has a monitoring camera system installed exclusively in the external areas (gate and external corridor). The images are strictly for the protection of the house and guests and are not monitored for personal surveillance, thus ensuring your privacy throughout the stay. Note: The pool is constantly maintained (access by the cleaning person is done on a daily and agreed-upon basis).
