Other things to note To ensure everyone's comfort, we ask you to pay attention to a few rules: 1. Guest Limit: The house comfortably accommodates 3 people (1 bedroom with double bed and extra double mattress). Exceeding this number is not allowed. 2. Silence: We ask for silence after 10 p.m., respecting the neighborhood. 3. Animals: We do not accept pets. 4. Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee is essential to keep the house in high standard. Please dispose of trash in the appropriate locations before check-out. Property Security: For your complete safety, the property has a monitoring camera system installed exclusively in the external areas (gate and external corridor). The images are strictly for the protection of the house and guests and are not monitored for personal surveillance, thus ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. Note: The pool receives constant maintenance (the access of the person responsible for cleaning is carried out on a daily and combined basis).
