Additionally, a 5000 sq ft Rec Center including Bar, professional Gym, + King Bedroom & jetted Bath, five car garage. The space We charge an EVENT FEE for WEDDINGS and other gatherings and parties. We welcome and encourage touring the property before booking. Most people book immediately after the tour. This listing is for overnight stays and a group of 12 people or less. We charge $100 a night for each additional overnight guest. You must inform us if your guest count exceeds your 12 person limit. We will then adjust the price to accommodate the extra guests. Check with us, as we might be available to provide high rise air mattresses for your overflow. I will then alter the the price, with your approval. We offer five king bedrooms. We have a separate contract for weddings, parties, and events! We are excited to host your parties, corporate stays, and important gatherings! The Recreational Center is 5000 sq ft and can be rented on a separate contract for $1200/nightly. Please contact us for a tour beautiful Foxcroft Manor and Grounds! Guest access The Rec Center building and back garages are only available with a separate contract, and is otherwise off limits. The Tractor Barn to stay locked and no admittance except to staff and management. Stables, horse areas are off limits to guests unless they are boarding.. The caretaker of the property lives in the stables apartment, please respect the privacy of staff day and night Other things to note Yes, we would love to host your WEDDING and SPECIAL EVENTS at Foxcroft! We charge an Event Fee that’s separate from the Airbnb listing, depending on your number of attendees . For overnight stays it’s 12 people or less, as we offer five king bedrooms with private bath suites . If your guest count exceeds this limit, let us know in advance, and we might be able to accommodate you depending on your total guest count! We have additional high-rise luxury air mattresses to accommodate your extra overflow as needed, for $100/head above 12 people. Please left us know if your total overnight guest count exceeds 12, and I will send you a special price for your approval! We have a separate contract for larger parties, weddings, and events, that might require event insurance, and other important terms, in order to comply with county laws.. Swim at your own risk. You must inform us in advance and I will alter the price for your approval. Dogs must never run loose and alone inside the house, but kept in their kennel, whenever they are in the house. All damage to property including stains on carpets or walls or damage to furniture must be reported immediately. You must be prepared to pay for damages your pet caused or leave the dog at home.
