Lakefront cottage, amazing view, sunsets and dock

Our hilltop views and unique floating dock are definitely what makes this place special. Clean, deep water, enough to jump off top of dock, great for kids 7+, but not suitable for younger kids as there are open railings. A clean, smaller, quiet lake but large enough for motor sports. See additional photos for past 5 star reviews. The space A beach inspired cottage right on the lake! A perfect getaway from the city, only a 2 hour drive from the GTA. Located on Billings Lake, a 5 minute drive from the small town of Gooderham, which has everything you need from LCBO, convenience, gas and a local burger shop. Public boat launch two minutes away. Lake is large enough for power boats. We are happy to host you at our family cottage. Your stay includes two kayaks, two SUP boards, a pedal boat, canoe, various games. Have some fun swimming, boating, or just relaxing! Complete with campfire pit by the water, and breathtaking sunsets. New this year - Starlink internet, volleyball/games area, workout room in large garage with stereo. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage, dock, campfire pits, boats, life jackets, and basic necessities. Other things to note 1. Guests arrive after 9am Sunday 2. Please checkout before 11am the following Saturday 2. Water from the tap is lake water and should not be drunk. It is tested frequently and is safe for cooking, cleaning/rinsing. Drinking water will be provided for you. 3. Cottage is located on top of a hill with stair access down to the dock/lake. 4. The road leading into the cottage is a dirt road and is not maintained by the municipality, it is not paved. 5. This is a family cottage and is used on the weekends by owners. Some personal belongings are stored on property.
