Penthouse 1AB Ocean/beachfront BEST VIEW &location

Our corner penthouse is right on the beach at the north end of the hotel zone with amazing views. Salvia, is a small gated privately owned condominium offering you friendly personal service 24/7. Amenities include swimming pool, snack bar, small gym, lounge chairs, beach towels, free WiFi, free parking on site and 24/7 security. You can walk to night clubs, shopping, restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, a bus stop. You don't need a car. The only downside is NOISE from next door clubs. The space Our lovely corner penthouse unit is unique having both ocean front and lagoon views, enabling you to experience both sunrises and sunsets from your own balconies on the top floor of Salvia. Our condo is actually two adjoining units, PH1A and PH1B. After passing through the exterior entry door PH1A is on your right facing the breathtaking turquoise ocean/white beach. PH1B is on the left looking west over the lagoon. Each unit can be locked independently for privacy or left unlocked for an open floor plan with the exterior entry door locked for security. PH1A has two levels, the main living area and the open loft upstairs. We remolded this area in November 2020. On the left as you enter is the one of the three bathrooms and on the right is a closet, storage and pantry. As you go toward the sea, the kitchen is on the left and dining table on the right. The living area has a rattan upholstered loveseat and 2 chairs. There is a double bed close to the balcony entrance for those who want to be as close as possible to the ocean sounds and fabulous vistas. Being on the corner the balcony wraps around on two sides providing an even wider view. Flat screen smart TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan are of course provided. The LOFT above the kitchen has two beds, one full and one queen size with a dresser and closet. There are large picture windows providing birds eye view of city, sea, and sky. The full bath features a free standing bathtub as well as a shower and new vanity. Each area has a separate remote controlled air-conditioner and a ceiling fan. PH1B This lockable separate room has a queen and a double bed, full bathroom with a shower, an air conditioner and a ceiling fan. For your clothes there is a dresser, and a large closet (with a safe). We have just added a small refrigerator and a table with four chairs. The balcony is wonderful place to watch the sun set beyond the lagoon. Guest access The pool area has comfortable lounge chairs and shade palapas. The pool is lovely for swimming and has an adjacent shallow area for children. By the pool is a snack bar and a small gym. The front desk attendant will have the hours they are opened. Someone is a the front desk 24/7 . The beach is right out the lobby door which opens to a large patio area with chairs and tables which have grass umbrellas for shade. There are also lounge chairs. There is a locked gate to step onto the beach. To get out look up to your left and press the button and look at the camera and the door will open. To get back to the patio you repeat pressing the button. The beach is public so you can walk and swim either way on the beach. The water is wonderful as well as the white sand. Other things to note Free Wifi is available in the condo. When you check in ask for a voucher, one voucher works for four devices. In Cancun it is best not to put anything down the toilet except human waste. The maids clean every other day but will empty the bathroom wastebaskets every day if you put outside the entry door. Bottled water (5 gallon) is available for purchase at the front desk. IMPORTANT ****Salvia Condos has house rules that renters must acknowledge and sign upon arrival. They are as follows and are designed to protect the property especially during spring break and holidays. 1) We are not responsible for valuables missing, safety boxes are available in rooms for a charge. 2) Maid service is available every other day from 10 am to 4pm. Does not include the kitchen. 3) NO OUTSIDE VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. (Wristbands verified) 4) Unruly or excessively noisy guests will be evicted without refund. 5) No glass bottles are allowed in room or pool area. 6) Report any broken items or discrepancy in the room, otherwise you will be charged. 7) free WiFi with vouchers 8) There will be charges for lost keys and/or wristbands. 9) There is a $100 deposit or and ID required at check in for PH1A and for PH1B, fFor PH1AB a $200. or an ID is required. When you check out the unit will be checked and if all in good the money or the ID will be returned. Please allow time for the condo to be checked.
