A beautiful architecturally designed home completed late 2023 - you will be under the same roof as the owners but has been designed so you will never see / share a space with the owners (we are always available if you need anything!). Private entrance. Two separate bedrooms, bathroom, foyer with sofa, small outdoor area and kitchenette/laundry. There is a bike rack to secure your bike to that can not be seen from the street The space In effect a self-contained, private, unit within a house - The main bedroom has a queen bed with Sheridan sheets and pillow cases. A 45’ inch wall mounted TV, dining table & two chairs, ceiling fan, split air-con, built in cabinetry (room to hang clothes) including a small fridge, kettle and toaster - Second separate bedroom has a double bed with Sheridan sheets and pillows, small TV, ceiling fan and split air-con - The bathroom has a large rain shower head and underfloor heating - The laundry/kitchenette includes a washing machine, microwave, 2*hot plate, air fryer, slow cooker, sandwich maker and N’espresso pod machine & pods. - Foyer area has a lounge chair, small table and over hanging lamp - sit and relax - Outdoor courtyard area has a small table and two chairs We have a portable cot and a single rollaway bed both available upon request. If there is anything else you need whilst here, just ask, likely we have it just not everything is on display in AirBnB rooms Guest access You will enter the property from the street, following a footpath down the right hand side of the property. On the wall there is a Masterlock that you will be given a code to open to access the key. Upon entry you will be in the main bedroom. From here the bathroom is accessed from one door out of the bedroom and across the foyer. The other exit from the bedroom takes you into a small courtyard area. You access the laundry/kitchenette via the courtyard. The second bedroom is off of the foyer Other things to note - We have 2 beautiful and super friendly Golden Retrievers, Ollie and Ruby. You will not see them but you may hear them occasionally - they don’t bark much but they are dogs and will bark sometimes. - Under 10 minute walk to village with numerous cafe's, shops, swimming pool, tennis courts, cinema, Blue Mountains National park entrance, train station (1 hour to Sydney CBD, 45 minutes to Katoomba) - under 10 minutes to Penrith - great spot to stay if visiting for your own or kids sporting events - tennis, rowing, netball etc - that are held in Penrith - Only those who have booked the accommodation are to be on the premises Registration Details PID-STRA-61659
