Guest access You will have the entire space which includes acoustic panels (for noise protection) all to yourself. From time to time you may hear noise from the tenants above. Other things to note Please note: Hot tub is by reservation only & at a nightly rate. All linens & towels are switched between guest. All furnishings, toys & equipment are sanitized, wiped down & cleaned after each guests. Toys are also placed in a UV sanitiser w/ozone 36L UVC light sterilization box.
