Pool: November 15 to April 15 Check in: 14PM & Check out 11AM. Booking the apt. from the previous day allowed to check in as early 8AM. Check in between Midnight and 8AM is NOT possible. Any doubts about arrival let us know before you book If needed we can store your luggage after 9AM The space This amazing 29th Floor, two storey, luxury Loft in the distinctive Palermo Uno high-rise apartment building will dazzle you with style and light. With the floor to ceiling six metre windows, the city of Buenos Aires stretches out beneath you with views of Palermo Hollywood, Palermo Soho. And at night---relaxing on a queen-sized bed in the upper level loft---you will feel as though you are floating on your very own magic carpet under the stars. Palermo Uno is a new “Resort Style” concept in urban vacation apartment rentals with a splendid 20 metre outdoor pool , gardens, plus a large 31st floor gymnasium with state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Guest access Pool, Gym and Sauna are exclusively for guest in the apt, not visitors allowed to use the Amenities. Gardens Ground Floor - Pool: Open from November 14 to April 15 Sky Gym on the 31 floor: 7AM TO 23PM Sauna on the 32 floor: with Reservation only Other things to note LATE IN: Please note that, if your arrival at the apartment is between 8 pm and Midnight there is a late check-in fee of US$ 20 that applies in all cases. This could be paid to our representative at the apartment and we only accept cash payments for this service. Early In: If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart.If other guests are coming or going on the same day ,check-out from the apt. is 11 am and check-in is 2 pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment. If you choose not to reserve, I will be glad to store your bags after 9AM The pool in the building is closed from April 15th to November 15th
