When you are not at home, the electricity is turned off, with the exception of the Wi-Fi modem and the refrigerator, which always remain active. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but it is allowed on the beautiful terrace. The apartment is located in a building where there is no gas; hot water is produced by a 50-liter electric boiler. Hot water (both for the shower and for other uses) lasts about 10 minutes and once it is finished you have to wait another 15/20 minutes to be able to have it hot again. At the time of check-in, guests will find a welcome kit (one per person) with the essentials to start the vacation as follows: shower gel, soap, vanity set with cotton and cotton swabs, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 large towel for the shower and a smaller one. Bed sheets and shower mat are included. There is no restocking service for the above-mentioned essentials during your stay.
