It’s just for the security measure and comfort of the all guests, tenants, workers and owners. But don’t worry it all safe the security and worker in the lobby is monitored in every public space. It’s exclusively use only for the unit owners. ✅ Admin Office is open from 9 till 5pm where you can buy a pool coupon . ✅ Mineral water refilling stations are located at the Fame Mall at the ground floor behind the washroom. ✅ Pet Is Not Allowed To The Premises. Guest access ACCESS: ⭐️Smart lock: To access the door, press the passcodes number and # number sign and count 123, then slowly push down the handle and open the door. If you see the attempt failed, please press asterisk * sign 3x to clear the passcodes and to avoid the alarm and locked. ⭐️Circuit Breaker: It's behind the main door for turning the power ON and OFF except the fridge. ⭐️Ceiling Fan with Light: No remote, just pull each string down. For damage and missing will be charge to the guest. - 1 Set Fitted sheet set and towels for two weeks stay -2 Set Fitted sheet set and towels for three to four week of stay. 🔸We have a huge cozy and classy lobby at the reception area where you can accept or meet your visitor as well. 🔸For Extra Guest: Only registered guest can stay in the unit. For extra guest is after two means the 3rd and 4th person is automatic is an extra guest with additional charge each extra guest per night. The maximum of four guest only can stay in the unit please check the rate for the extra guest.
