Inner north garden studio

Fully self-contained studio in garden setting surrounded by parks with easy access to Melbourne airport and city. *5 night minimum stay Our renovated, industrial-style space has a bright bathroom, full kitchen + induction stove and a leafy outlook. The studio is on the ground level of our house but has its own entrance. A quiet neighbourhood, close to trams and bike paths universities and city. The space Our place is in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, directly across the street from the Merri Creek and parklands but very accessible to all Melbourne has to offer. The space is an open plan room containing comforable queen bed with cotton-linen bedding, kitchen with induction stovetop and good size fridge, dining table and couch. There is a separate spacious, light bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Easily accessible with ground level entry. There are stairs elswhere on the property and no front fence. Please note - While having a separate entrance the studio is still part of our house and not totally soundproof - you will hear some muted household noise from upstairs when we are home. **Studio plumbing runs on pumps and you will hear them run briefly when emptying sink etc. 8 minute walk to the No. 1 Lygon St tram and Melbourne Airport 17 km via Bell St. Off street parking for a single small or medium car. Additional free parking on the street. Bathroom and kitchen essentials provided. Supermarket and cafe a 15 min walk away (2 minute drive). There are a couple of laundromats a tramride or 15 min walk away and we provide a clothes rack for drying clothes. Sorry but there is NO oven, dishwasher or washing machine. There is an air fryer. If you need additional dedicated work space we can provide a trestle table and office chair. Outdoor seating is provided at the front of the studio which opens to our front garden. Wander across the street to access miles of bushy parklands filled with nature, with sports ovals and bikepaths directly across the Merri Creek from our place. CERES sustainable park with good food and coffee is a 15 minute walk along the creek to the south. We have a dog, Mika. She is a timid but vocal kelpie-cross dog and lives in our secure backyard but you may encounter her when we go out for a walk. We are very approachable and want you to have a great stay - please let us know if you need anything. Guest access Entire studio and outdoor area with seating that opens onto a native garden and front yard. Other things to note While having a separate entrance the studio is still part of our house (ground floor) and when we are home you may hear some noise from above as we go about our daily routine, but of course we will try and minimise our volume as much as possible.
