This bungalow features a private lawn with a gazebo and a cozy sitting area. The ground floor includes a living room, one bedroom, a washroom, and a pantry. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with an attached washroom. Air conditioning is provided only in the bedrooms. We supply towels and basic toiletries, and all bathrooms have boiler geysers for hot water. Guest access The caretaker will hand over the keys at check-in and collect them at checkout. Other things to note House rules General- -Please maintain low noise levels after 10:00 PM. Loud music and shouting are not allowed during quiet hours. -Only guests listed at the time of booking are permitted at the villa. Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval. -Illegal activities, including the use of narcotics or solicitation, are strictly prohibited on the property. -Commercial shoots, events, or parties are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Pets, Smoking, and Substances- -Pets are not allowed on the premises. -Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only. -Hookah use is strictly prohibited anywhere within the property. Kitchen and Food Policy- -A pantry is available for light use. It includes a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and basic utensils suitable for preparing simple items like tea, Maggi, or boiled eggs. -Personal cooks or private chefs are not permitted at the property. -Guests are welcome to order non-vegetarian food from outside and consume it at the villa. -You may also order meals directly from our caretaker. They use a separate kitchen to prepare homestyle, traditional meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please note: Food quality is not under the management's responsibility as it is handled independently by the caretaker. A separate menu is available upon request if you wish to order from them. Utilities and Connectivity- -The villa has inverter backup, which supports basic lighting and fans but does not power air conditioning. -Mobile network coverage may be limited due to the location. Wi-Fi is provided, but its availability depends on local service conditions. -CCTV cameras monitor external areas of the property for your safety and security. Property Guidelines- -Footwear is not allowed inside the villa. -Guests are not allowed to bring or hire outside vendors such as DJs, decorators, or chefs without prior approval. -Car parking is allowed only in designated areas. -Due to the villa's natural surroundings, insects or bugs may occasionally be present. Home Truths- -The caretaker is available from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM to assist you during your stay. -The caretaker and their family do not stay at the villa. -The property is not responsible for noise complaints or any legal issues that may arise during your stay.
