Welcome to our newest ‘home away from home’ Maki Soleil 🖤 Our space is newly renovated and is located in the peaceful Seaview Village, Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha. Our space offers sea and sunset views, comfortable and modern living rooms and kitchen and swimming pool. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms, and a 3rd bedroom and family bathroom. Large braai / bbq room with a pool table leading out to our swimming pool. We are family friendly, sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 kiddies 🖤 The space Our space is newly renovated and consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area leading out to our large sunny balcony with 180 degree sea views of the Indian Ocean. 500mbs fibre line for super fast broadband. We have a gas hob and electric oven and our kitchen is equipped with everything you should need, including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. A separate braai / BBQ area with pool table leads out to our swimming pool and back garden. 2 x en-suite bedrooms (2 queen) 1 queen bedroom 1 family bathroom Our linen is all 100% cotton and bath towels are provided. We have 2 garages on remote and plenty of additional off street parking behind an electric gate. Borehole water is used throughout the house so we have ample water to always ensure our pool and home is supplied even during the severe drought in our part of the world. As with most South African homes it is equipped with an alarm system linked to local security, however the area is exceptionally safe and we walk the streets day and night with our families and children. 3 smart TV’s with Netflix and DSTV Guest access Our homes are offered for your exclusive use. Other things to note No noise is permitted day or night due to our location in a quiet seaside village. Local taxi numbers can be provided but your own transport is essential.
